Our return policy
Alamo Laser Art will repair or replace any items that are either defective, engraved incorrectly or where a spelling error is our fault. If items are damaged by shipping, you must file a claim with the shipper for replacement.(See also Term and conditions point 4) Items where you send Alamo Laser Art misspelled text will be engraved exactly that way unless Alamo Laser Art accidentally catches the problem. Please check your spelling on all orders before final approval is given to start the order.(See further info under the Limited Warranty does not apply under following circumstances section)
Alamo Laser Art does not accept liability for incorrect spelling, printing errors (including prices), incorrect manufacturer's specifications, changes, or grammatical inaccuracies in any product including Alamo Laser Art's website. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices on the current web pages supersede all previous web pages published.
Legal agreement
The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and Alamo Laser Art. By accessing, browsing and/or using this site ("Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including your country export and re-export control laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site. This Site is controlled and operated by Alamo Laser Art from its office within the United States of America. Alamo Laser Art makes no representation that materials in this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contentsare illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY! IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU. THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE.
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to your purchase of products ("Product") from Alamo Laser Art named on the invoice provided to you. By accepting delivery of the Product, you accept and are bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, do not use this site, and do not place any order.

This Agreement may not be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s) unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and Alamo Laser Art. If you do not receive an invoice in the mail, via e-mail, or with your Product, contact your sales representative. • 2 Payment Terms; Orders; Quotes; Interest.
Payment terms are within Alamo Laser Art's sole discretion, and, unless otherwise agreed to by Alamo Laser Art, payment must be made at the time of purchase. Payment for Product may be made by credit card (paypal), wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method. Alamo Laser Art may invoice parts of an order separately. Your order is subject to cancellation by Alamo Laser Art, at Alamo Laser Art's sole discretion. Unless you and Alamo Laser Art have agreed to a different discount, Alamo Laser Art's standard pricing policy for Alamo Laser Art-branded systems, which include both hardware and services in one discounted price, allocates the discount off list price applicable to the service portion of the system to be equal to the overall calculated percentage discount off list price on the entire system. Alamo Laser Art is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors, in any offer by Alamo Laser Art and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors. • 3 Changed or Discontinued Product.
Alamo Laser Art's policy is one of ongoing update and revision. Alamo Laser Art may revise and discontinue Product at any time without notice to you. • 4 Shipping Charges; Taxes; Title; Risk of Loss.
Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Alamo Laser Art is Alamo Laser Art'sresponsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility. You must notify Alamo Laser Art within 15 days of the date of your invoice if you believe any part of your purchase is missing wrong or damaged. Unless you provide Alamo Laser Art with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of Product and the Product ship-to location, you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order. At this time sales tax applies only to Texas residence. Shipping dates are estimates only. • 5 Limitation of Liability.
Alamo Laser Art DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, Alamo Laser Art WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. YOU AGREE THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCT, Alamo Laser Art IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AMOUNT INVOICED FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT TO THE CONTRARY, THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL APPLY EVEN IF SUCH REMEDIES FAIL THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
Prices
Purchase and Finance prices shown on this Web site do not include shipping or applicable taxes unless explicitly shown.
Warranty
During the remaining period of the limited 1 year warranty, we will replace any defective Product, if we agree that it needs to be replaced. When you contact us, we will require a valid credit card number at the time you request the product, but we will not charge you for the replacement part as long as you return the original part to us within 30 days after we ship the replacement part to you.(See our return policy)
Limited Warranty does not apply under following circumstances
Products improperly stored, or due to problems or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, incorrect environments, or wear from ordinary use;
If you are the original purchaser who bought new products directly from Alamo Laser Art, you may return the products in as-new condition to Alamo Laser Art within 15 days from the date of invoice for a refund or credit of the product purchase price.
The refund or credit does not include any shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice; you are responsible for those.
We accept returns, and you need to email us (returns@alamolaserart.com) for prior authorization on regular items. We do not accept returns on special orders. To make a return, please fill out the Return Form. For a printable version of our convenient, pre-authorized, return form, Click here . This form may be printed, filled out, and sent with your return for faster processing. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice, the return form and the authorization email. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original container/bag, and in a completely unaltered state. Alamo Laser Art is not responsible for shipping/postage on returned items.
Delivery time
When you place an order with Alamo Laser Art, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping time. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order confirmation. Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see a shipping date estimate in the order confirmation e-mail.
Shipping
Alamo Laser Art can ship to virtually any address in the world using Fedex.
Alamo Laser Art will ship all orders via US Priority Mail or **1st Class Mail** for your convenience. If you prefer another shipping method, please let Alamo Laser Art know and Alamo Laser Art will be happy to use the preferred shipper of your choice. Please note that Priority Mail is delivered via the regular postal service just like everyday mail; therefore Alamo Laser Art must have an address that will accept postal mail deliveries (no postbox). If an address is provided that does not accept regular mail deliveries and the shipment is returned, Alamo Laser Art will try to obtain a better mailing address; however Alamo Laser Art must charge a re-shipment fee on any shipments to go out again.
1st Class Mail - Alamo Laser Art may occasionally ship items via 1st Class Mail in small (4x7), medium (6x9) or large (8 1/2 x 11) bubble envelopes to save on the shipping charges. This shipping method is used only for very small items.
For foreign orders Alamo Laser Art normally uses either Global Priority or Air Mail (depending on the weight and value of the shipment) as these are the least expensive shipping methods. Alamo Laser Art will use one of these default methods (Global Priority or Air Mail) unless otherwise specified by our customer. Shipping charges start at USD 3.95 and go up from there depending on the weight, value & destination. Please be aware however that with these shipping methods there is no tracking number & no insurance available. So if you do not receive your shipment there is no way to track it at all. Alamo Laser Art will gladly use any shipping method you prefer. Other methods such as Global Express, registered air mail, UPS or Fed Ex that provide tracking numbers do cost substantially more. Please send a separate e-mail with your complete mailing address and your preferred method of shipment for any foreign orders. Alamo Laser Art has chosen the shipping method the US Postal Service. Alamo Laser Art feels it is the safest, most reliable and least expensive way to ship. Delivery confirmation is provided with each shipment. Therefore, Alamo Laser Art cannot be held responsible for shipments that were delivered to the correct address that the customer did not receive; i.e. items stolen from the packaging or shipments not delivered properly by the mailroom work place, etc. Alamo Laser Art can be held responsible only if Alamo Laser Art entered the address label information incorrectly. Alamo Laser Art is not responsible if the wrong information is provided. Alamo Laser Art will do everything in there capacity to help you track down any package you did not receive; however refunds or replacement shipments at no charge will not be provided in the case where the delivery confirmation verifies that the shipment was properly delivered.
If you are a Texas (TX) resident, please add the 8.25% tax to your purchase total before adding the shipping charge.
Orders for mulitple shipments to different addresses will incur a shipping charge of a minimum of USD 3.95 per shipment.
There is an additional charge for items that need to be insured. (Such as large orders, assemblies etc) This can take anywhere from 1-6 business days delivery time, depending on your shipping address.
Any special shipping requests such as Express Mail Overnight, UPS shipping, Fed Ex shipping or any other shipping preference, will incur a shipping charge. This charge will depend upon the weight and destination and how quickly you want your package to arrive. Shipping charges will start at USD 13.95.
All shipping policy procedures apply to orders shipped to destinations within the Continental US. This does include any US destination; Hawaii and Alaska included. Shipping charges to these two states are the same shipping charges that apply to the rest of the country.
Shipping charges will apply to all orders shipped outside the Continental US. These rates may vary depending on the weight, destination & insurance requirements.
Alamo Laser Art will ship all orders as soon as possible. Alamo Laser Art will attempt to e-mail or call you when there are back orders and/or other delays.
